Chesapeake Bay Expedition

In less than a week, I'll be embarking on a journey with several of my co-workers to raise awareness about issues facing the Chesapeake Bay. We will spend four days traversing over 100 miles from Ft Washington, Maryland to Point Lookout, Maryland (where the Potomac River reaches the Bay) via kayak, bike, and on foot. We'll meet with various community groups along the way to host listening sessions, and we'll be sharing what we learn.

Just for you...

...a new post! (you know who you are)

Okay, so I've been a little busy lately (afterall that's what my byline says) and also didn't have internet access for a few weeks while I was moving to a new place. But I'm back now and have lots of updates I'll hopefully be posting soon.

In the meantime a short recap of recent events since my last post:
Just got back from Chicago, went to Dallas too
Bought and moved into a condo
Been to a few concerts, went to the American Indoor Footfall National Championship
And in all my other spare time, I've been training a lot for my triathlon/Chesapeake Bay Expedition...a post about that coming up next.
