Cherry blossoms means it's finally spring in DC! Took a walk at lunch one day...luckily it was overcast so there weren't as many tourists...
It's usually way more crowded than this...
As part of a Meetup with the Vegetarian Society of DC...we took an evening lantern walk around the Tidal Basin
The Cherry Blossom Festival isn't complete without cheering on the runners for the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler! (um...this year it was the 9.3 Miler)
Especially the birthday boy!
What a difference blue skies make!
